Are there any charges for registration?
No. Registration on fruitarian.in is absolutely free.
Do I have to necessarily register to shop on Fruitarian?
You can surf and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders.
Can I have multiple accounts with same mobile number and email id?
Each email address and phone number can be associated with one Fruitarian account only.

What is My Account?
My Account is the section you reach after you log in at fruitarian.in. My Account allows you to track your orders, credit note details as well as see your order history and update your contact details.
Payment Related
What are the modes of payment?
You can pay for your order on fruitarian.in using the following modes of payment:
a. Cash on delivery (COD)
b. UPI or net banking payment
If the order has to be left at the security gate, please continue to pay online via UPI or net banking as you are doing now.
If you choose COD as the payment method, you will need to pay our delivery executive in cash at the time of delivery.
Are there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown?
There is no VAT. However, GST will be applicable as per Government Regulations.

When will I receive my order?
Once you are done your order, your order will be delivered to you on tomorrow next day. If we are unable to deliver the order during the specified time duration (this sometimes happens due to unforeseen situations).
How are the fruits and vegetables weighed?
Every fruit and vegetable varies a little in size and weight. While you shop we show an estimated weight and price for everything priced by kilogram. At the time of delivery, we weigh each item to determine final price. This could vary by a maximum of one unit weight depending on the article.
How do I change the delivery info?
You can change your delivery address on our website once you log into your account than update your order to change your delivery address.
How much are the delivery charges?
You will need to pay a nominal delivery fee as per area distance and order value.
Do you deliver in my area?
You will be able to check this detail at the time of open our website and then enter your area pin code for check availability of delivery in your area. If we are unable to deliver in your area, please contact to customer care.
Will someone inform me if my order delivery gets delayed?
In case of a delay, please contact to our customer care team for updated about your delivery.
What is the minimum order value required for delivery?
There is no minimum order value needed for delivery.
Do you do same day delivery?
No, we don’t deliver same day because of fresh fruit are coming direct from different places farms so, it’s not possible to delivered same day.

Can I change my order delivery slot after placing the order?
Delivery slot cannot be changed once the order is placed. In case of an urgent requirement of change of slot please contact our customer care for more help.
How do I add or remove products after placing my order?
Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modification. Please contact our customer care team for more help.
How do I check status of my order?
You can check the status easily on website (fruitarian.in). or contacting our customer care team.
When and how can I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order 1 day before your delivery date from fruitarian.in with login your account or contacting our customer care team.

Returns & Refund Related
Do you have got return and refund?
We have a "no questions asked return policy" which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.
